From Highland Creek to Malvern, West Rouge to Guildwood, West Hill, Centennial, and Morningside Heights, Neethan has focused on delivering local improvements that make a difference: upgrading parks and recreation facilities, improving traffic safety, supporting community programs, enhancing public spaces, and advancing major capital investments

In just 10 months as City Councillor, Neethan has advanced $48.4 million in capital projects, connected with more than 60,000 residents, and worked every day to ensure every corner of Scarborough–Rouge Park receives the attention and investment it deserves.
