Every neighbourhood deserves a strong voice and real results. Since being elected, Neethan Shan has worked to deliver meaningful improvements across Scarborough–Rouge Park – investing in safer streets, better parks, stronger community spaces, and the infrastructure families rely on every day.
From Highland Creek to MalvernWest Rouge to GuildwoodWest HillCentennial, and Morningside Heights, Neethan has focused on delivering local improvements that make a difference: upgrading parks and recreation facilities, improving traffic safety, supporting community programs, enhancing public spaces, and advancing major capital investments
These are more than promises—they are results. In just 10 months as City Councillor, Neethan has advanced $48.4 million in capital projects, connected with more than 60,000 residents, and worked every day to ensure every corner of Scarborough–Rouge Park receives the attention and investment it deserves.
